Pursuant to Article 13 par. 1 (1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), Lazarski University informs that:
- Lazarski University based in Warsaw, 02-662, Świeradowska 43, is the administrator of your personal data;
- The administrator has appointed a data protection officer available on iod@lazarski.edu.pl;
- Your data shall be processed in order to tak steps at the request made in your accommodation application in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR from the moment the Regulation enters into force;
- Your data will be transferred to Lazarski Management Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, Świeradowska 43, for the purpose of processing your accommodation application and to lessors and dormitory administrators;
- Your data shall be kept by the administrator for the period necessary in relation to the above-mentioned purposes and until the withdrawal of your consent to processing them;
- Only entities authorised to have access to personal data in compliance with the provisions of the law shall be recipients of your data;
- your personal data shall not be subject to automated processing and profiling;
- You have the right to demand thqat the administrator give you access to your personal data, the right to object and the right to data portability;
- You have the right to complain to a supervisory body;
- In some situations, we have the right to transfer your personal data if necessary in order to enable the administrator to provide services; however, the data can be transferred only to persons and entities the the administrator authorises and commissions to process the data;
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, necessary in order to perform the tasks for which they are collected; failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to perform those tasks.
