In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, OJ. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119) we inform you that:
- The Administrator of your personal data is Lazarski University, with its seat in Warsaw, at Świeradowska 43 Street, 02-662 Warsaw.
- The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, who can be contacted at - iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed to organize the "Business Tower Challenge", accepting your application, selecting and announcing winners, awarding and collecting prizes based on of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (f) of GDPR.
- Your personal data may be processed to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations under tax law and related to the prize obtained in the competition until the statute of limitations for tax receivables/obligations have expired based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (c) of GDPR.
- The Administrator will store your personal data until the completion of the competition.
- We have obtained the data contained in the registration form directly from you or through a team leader or other team member.
- We will process your personal data in terms of: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, university name, year of studies, department, field of studies and team name.
- Personal data may be transferred to public authorities, state offices or other entities authorized by law. Personal data may be made available by us to entities that operate the Administrator's ICT systems, and those who provide ICT tools or services, such as postal, cloud or hosting services.
- Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, erasure or restriction of the processing.
- You have the right to object, at any time, to processing your personal data, based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. (f) of GDPR.
- You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Failure to provide data will result in your inability to participate in the "Business Tower Challenge" competition.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/ international organization, unless the legal obligations of the Administrator require it.
To document the organization of the competition, photographs will be taken and video material recorded during it, which will be published on the websites belonging to the university and on the university's fan pages: Facebook, YouTube or Instagram.
